Community Programs

For over 5000 years the concept of charitable giving has been an integral part of Jewish life and belief. These concepts include the Jewish tradition of Tzedakah (charity or justice) and Tikkun Olam (repairing the world).  For the past 235 years, the desire to improve the common good and help one’s neighbor has been the fabric of American democracy. With such a dual heritage, it is not surprising that the Jewish Community Foundation of Greater Prescott has made meaningful gifts that will benefit those who live and work in our community.
